MFS Mobile App is installed in the mobile devices of the field staff. Once they complete the task assigned to them at the destination, they fill in the duration, parts replaced, product purchased, customer name, contact number and any detail respective to the nature of their job (Details are customized as per the customer's requirements). These details are immediately updated to the central server.
MFS Desktop App is installed in the PCs of the managers. Once they login, they can view the details entered by each of the field staff. They can also view the places travelled by the staff in Google map along with the time & date. Using this Desktop App, managers can also generate detailed service/ sales reports of the day or month. Daily reports are sent to managers via SMS or Email.
