With the development of the industry, coal slime dryer has been used to all kinds of fields. The dryer machine reduces the water content thought drying the materials and makes the dried material being used fully. However, for some materials, such as the sludge, coal slime, coal powder ash, whose viscosity is big, if we dry them directly, they will stick to the wall and bring some damage to the coal slime dryer device and the drying effect. So we should try our best to avoid the wall sticking phenomenon happening and what should we do? Today let us learn about solutions to the material wall sticking of the coal slime dryer together.
1. Scattering device: the scattering device of the dryer machine is mainly made up of the scattering bat, connecting axle, fixed plate. It is the material breaking device inside the roller of the coal slime dryer. When the coal slime dryer is working, the scattering device breaks and scatters the materials and exchange heat with the heat source of the coal slime dryer quickly to complete the drying process. The thin particle materials after scattered by the scattering device can contact with the heat source in the coal slime dryer barrel sufficiently, which increases the drying area and improves the drying efficiency.
2. Increase the length of the barrel: we can increase the length of the barrel, then increase the revolving speed of the barrel. In this way, the coal slime get bigger centripetal force in the drying process, thus make sure that there is no wall sticking phenomenon in the device.
3. Dehydrate the material in advance: before drying the material, if the viscidity was too big, we could dehydrate the material in advance by using the dehydrator to decrease the initial water content of the coal slime material. After tentative dehydration, when dry the coal slime further in the dryer machine, the wall sticking phenomenon will not happen.
4. Improve the temperature of the heat source: increasing the temperature of the heat source and the air speed can shorten the drying time and put an end to the wall sticking phenomenon in the drying process.
