We service major international cl ients including Fairmont Hotels, Towergate Insurance and Intuit. The aim of your role We are looking for a highly motivated, experience, entrepreneurial individual to join our team to develop manage and champion our in-house software offering. Managing our team of in-house developers you will be responsible for owning and steering our software product both internally as well as with agency clients. You will be tasked with defining our product roadmap and working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a product that meets business objectives, ultimately achieving a successful launch to market. Responsible for: Complete end to end ownership of Builtvisible’s software portfolio Define and own product roadmap and strategy Working with project sponsors and internal stakeholders to brief in and develop features Ensuring structure, focus and quality in product development Manage ideation, innovation and release cycles Coordinating and executing a successful launch to market Work closely with client servicing team, marketing and sales to deliver business objectives Required experience/qualif ications: Technical familiarity in Web development and software development environments Experience of delivering enterprise software projects by teams managed by you that cover design, development and operational support Expert knowledge in software development, coding standards, code reviews and source code management. Be comfortable with the taking responsibility of the delivery of created solutions Ambition and self-sufficiency to own and drive the product portfolio Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Good academics (or equivalent work experience) Knowledge of the digital marketing industry is preferable Why us: We’re passionate about what we do and pride ourselves on hiring like -minded, amazing people with their own diverse experiences and interests.
