How to stay fit and healthy?
Waking up before sunrise and doing Exercise regularly maintains you to stay fit, energetic and focused on work. Doing Surya Namaskaras regularly is the best way to maintain regular life constantly which welcomes positive energy to the body that is required to stay away from negative vibes.
Make some adventurous rides over the country. Using cycles to go around makes you strong, you still feel like a kid at 50's. You will attain good muscle power as well as healthy heart. Recent studies shows, an often cycling person has lived fit and healthy for 80+ages.
One of the most important thing is having healthy diet. Have fresh vegetables and cook them with positive thoughts. Cooked food must be ate within 3 hours as it serves the vitamins, minerals and proteins to the body. Have simple menus to eat in a day (Include most of the vegetables in your menus ). The more the complicated cooking of the item will not serve its purpose(make it more simple).
Doing meditation regularly is a beautiful experience cannot explained only can be felt. Making and arranging the situations simple. To maintain breathe properly, I suggest you to do pranayamam. Breathing properly prevent most of the stress, anxiety and diseases.
