Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads Qualify prospectus by tele-marketing Build relationship with prospects and help improve lead to opportunity conversion Prepare quotations and proposals if required for bulk bookings Assess customer needs quickly and fulfilling them accurately over the phone Learn to use various sales & marketing software e.g. Will be responsible for B2C domestic lead  generation & closures through telesales & providing effective Customer Service Responsible for providing Customer Service to the clientele and ensuring all client queries are answered by closing leads • They would also be responsible to inform the management in case there are any escalations or client complaints and the issues are resolved • Updating the immediate supervisor / Manager / Management in case of escalations, client complaints, or any challenges; • Provide end of day report and any cases that need immediate attention • Achieving Sales and revenue targets • Report to the Team leader/Office manager Required Skills ·         Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. ·         Ability to work on own initiative and as a team member. ·         Attention to detail. ·         Ability to work under pressure. ·         Basic computing skills (Excel, Microsoft office) are an advantage. Receives inquiries from and/or contacts the organization’s branch/regional offices to resolve a variety of order-related issues • Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer sales & service’s team • Generates various reports to be shared with the management team and reports on a daily basis to the team • Takes care of the day to day functioning/management of the office. .Knowledge of medical terminologies is an added advantage Background ,experience, medical & pharma related industry is a added advantage
