  • Will be in-charge and solely responsible for the Consultancy wing along with recruitment for therespective region handled. Should have a good understanding of the HR recruitment process within consulting business.

  • Sourcing the profiles from various Job portals, Networking, Head Hunting, references andcreative sourcing techniques which include Self- created database, own network of contacts and Social Networking.

  • Acquire new Clients and requirements and will be responsible for signing MOUs. Will beresponsible for all Pricing, negotiations and finalizing business contracts.

  • Lead and manage the team of recruiters and BDEs towards the numbers needed as perindividual KRAs.

  • Close the sourced requirements / positions with the candidates be it internal or external.

  • Will be handling requirements for in-house job openings and close positions with the rightcandidates.

  • Strive to ensure that there is a pool of good quality candidates in the database for hire at shortnotice.

  • Put systems and process in place and ensure a robust database is created that will trackcandidates history of prior applications, feedback, compensation, companies etc,

  • Conceptualize and organize recruiting events based on the role and the requirements.

  • Will be handling both IT and non IT Recruitment for the clients

  • Ensure there are repeat customers and will be responsible for the client management and forcontinued business from Clients.
