Put systems and process in place and ensure a robust database is created that will trackcandidates history of prior applications, feedback, compensation, companies etc,
Conceptualize and organize recruiting events based on the role and the requirements.
Will be handling both IT and non IT Recruitment for the clients
Ensure there are repeat customers and will be responsible for the client management and forcontinued business from Clients.
