A transfer certificate is an official document issued by the school's expert attesting to the student's fulfilment of the requirements for academic completion at their institution. In international fields, certification of transfer certificates is usually required. To validate the report, the certificate holder must have Attestation of TC for foreign education prior to utilising the certificate internationally.
