Electro-hydraulic motorised grabs are motorised equipment heavily utilised by various industries including those in the shipping, mining, waste disposal as well as construction industries that involve handling of massive commodities such as coals, ores, sands or scrap metals. Functional and robust are the nature of these grabs and have been developed for use in the most challenging conditions. The grab is driven by an electro-hydraulic system which is employed in both electric motors as well as hydraulic equipment. The electric motor turns a hydraulic pump that in turn powers the hydraulic cylinders that operate the grab.
