Description
The objective of this project was to design and implement an automated task life cycle
management system for multiple teams (e.g., HR, Product, and others) to ensure
consistent tracking and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Each team follows a structured life cycle for their tasks. When a task is assigned to a
team member, it must be completed within a defined timeframe. The process was
automated using Zoho Desk and Zoho Creator through seamless integration and scripting.
