Job Description – CNC Operator / CNC Technician Job Title: CNC Operator / CNC Technician Experience: 7 to 9 Years Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Fitter, Machinist, Turner, CNC, Mechanical) Job Location: Chennai Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering Job Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities : Independently operate and manage CNC Lathe / VMC / HMC machines Handle complete job setup, tool selection, and offset setting Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and tolerances Ensure consistent quality, productivity, and process control Troubleshoot machining and process-related issues Support preventive maintenance and minimize machine downtime Guide, train, and monitor junior operators and technicians Follow safety standards and achieve production targets Required Skills : Strong expertise in CNC machine operations Good working knowledge of G-codes & M-codes Excellent understanding of machining processes and tolerances Ability to work independently and lead a small team Willingness to work in shifts Eligibility : 7–9 years of relevant CNC experience Immediate joiners preferred Regards, Sofia HR 8220184451 (CONTACT VIA CALL ONLY)
