Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive HR Administrative Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth administrative functioning of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Handle joining, onboarding, and exit formalities
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and reports
Coordinate with management and employees for HR-related activities
Handle office administration and vendor coordination (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email, outlook
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and confidentiality

MBA HR / MSW / Any Graduate with HR background
