Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive HR Administrative Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth administrative functioning of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
-Assist in recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
-Handle joining, onboarding, and exit formalities
-Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and reports
-Coordinate with management and employees for HR-related activities
-Handle office administration and vendor coordination (if applicable)
-Ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills:
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Basic knowledge of HR processes
-Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Attention to detail and confidentiality
