A DEB ID is a special student ID given by the University Grants Commission (UGC) for students who are taking courses through Online or Distance Learning (ODL). Starting from the year 2024, every student who joins an online or distance education course must have a DEB ID. It proves that your admission is valid and that your course is approved by UGC.
