Effective organization and management of storage space is a fundamental aspect of logistics. The Institute of Logistics & Aviation Management is offering Warehouse Management Training that includes learning about inventory management, material handling, and bedding workflows. It will be possible for students to see what is involved with respect to warehouse operation and the issues of coordinating resources effectively. Students will be prompted to link the theoretical knowledge with everyday operations and learn to build a conscious approach to the management of storage space in support of an overall supply chain effect.
