Anyone who's ever run payroll knows this: attendance corrections are where time goes to die. Someone forgets to punch in. The system marks them absent. Then they raise a request. Then the manager approves it. Then HR gets involved. Then, maybe, the change reflects. Often, not in time. Multiply this by a hundred employees and you have a full-time job that shouldn’t exist.
