VMC Operators troubleshoot minor machine issues, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet production targets efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards. Skills Required: Machine Operation: Proficiency in operating Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines. Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Tool Selection & Setup: Knowledge of selecting appropriate tools, fixtures, and machine settings.
