Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Mechanical Aptitude: Good mechanical understanding to effectively operate and maintain the machine. CNC Knowledge: Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code) and knowledge of tool selection, offsets, and work holding techniques. Measurement Tools: Ability to use precision measuring instruments like Vernier callipers, micrometres, and gauges. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve machine or production issues. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and precision for ensuring part accuracy. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with programmers and other team members.
