Supervise and control HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and fire alarm systems. Respond promptly to system alarms, faults, and emergencies. Perform routine checks, inspections, and minor troubleshooting through BMS. Maintain accurate logs and reports of system performance and events. Coordinate with maintenance teams for corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with safety, energy efficiency, and operational standards.
