Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a professional manner. Assist customers with transactions, complaints, and service requests. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required. Ensure compliance with bank policies and data security guidelines. Maintain call records, feedback, and daily reports. Meet quality and productivity targets as per process requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline). Basic knowledge of banking products and services preferred. Ability to handle customer queries with patience and empathy. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
