Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a clear, concise, and courteous manner. Resolve issues, escalate technical problems when necessary, and follow up for resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met. Required Skills:Excellent written communication and typing skills (45+ WPM). Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat/email sessions efficiently. Basic computer knowledge and customer service orientation.
