The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist Malayalam-speaking customers. Candidates should have good verbal communication in Malayalam, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to resolve customer queries politely and professionally. This is a full-time voice process role where you will act as the first point of contact for the customer, address concerns, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
