Job Description: We are actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QMS Executive to be part of our dynamic Purchase Department in the manufacturing sector. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring all procurement and supplier-related processes strictly follow established quality management system (QMS) standards such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949. You will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and auditing quality documentation related to purchasing activities, supporting vendor assessments, and ensuring that all sourcing operations meet compliance requirements. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both the sourcing and quality teams to handle supplier onboarding documentation, ensure vendor certifications are up to date, and track non-conformances or corrective actions. You will also be involved in audit preparations, internal process checks, and improvement initiatives that support long-term supplier development and process consistency.
