Description: We Are Hiring: HR Recruiter – Join a Fast Growing Manufacturing Team in Chennai Job Description : We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our manufacturing unit in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various technical and non-technical roles in a plant or factory environment. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and people-oriented workplace. Role : HR Recruiter Location : Chennai Gender : Male & Female Candidates Welcome Immediate Joiners Preferred . Key Responsibilities: Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Post job openings on various platforms and manage job advertisements. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports. Support HR team with documentation, joining formalities, and induction processes. Assist in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with HR and labor regulations during hiring. Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent (preferred) Experience 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment Skills Required Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, portals, and tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements under tight timelines Understanding of compliance, documentation, and onboarding procedures Basic knowledge of HR operations and labor laws is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS Working Days & Hours: Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM Salary Range ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on experience and skill level) Performance incentives and benefits as per company policy Why Join Us?
