The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and modifying tool designs for production needs while supporting floor-level adjustments and tool relocation during machine setup. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and fabrication tools Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models Coordinate fabrication processes and ensure dimensional accuracy Handle layout planning for tool placement and shifting Assist in relocation of machines/tools within the facility Collaborate with production, maintenance, and toolmakers Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards Skills Required: Expertise in SolidWorks or equivalent design software Strong knowledge of fabrication, die fitting, and tool handling Ability to lead shifting and setup operations Problem-solving and decision-making on the shop floor Experience with metal structures, press tools, or sheet fabrication is a plus Salary: Based On Experience Regards, Amirtha - HR 85240-79811
