We are looking for a reliable Admin cum Payroll Coordinator to manage office administration and handle end-to-end payroll processes. The role requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information. Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination
2. Handle payroll processing, salary calculation, and statutory compliance
3. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
4. Coordinate with HR and Accounts for payroll and documentation
5. Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. MBA with knowledge of Admin & Payroll
2. 1- 2 years experience in admin/payroll
3. Good communication and coordination skills
4. Working knowledge of MS Office & Payroll Software
