Teleperformance invested $13 million in Sanas and secured exclusive resale rights. Despite the rapid AI advancements that threaten human-operated call centers, Teleperformance uses AI to support, not replace, its staff. The technology is currently available for Indian and Filipino accents, with plans to expand to other regions.
