JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced candidate in HR EXECUTIVE having core skills in payroll Management.
Salary Range : 18K and above, based on skills, experience, and interview performance
Educational Requirement : Graduate and Post Graduation
Work Arrangement : Work From Office

Skills Requirement : Pay Roll Management Skill
Experience Requirement : 1 - 5 Years of Experience
Location : Ambattur, Anna Nagar, Nungambakkam
Working Hours : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliances and regulations.
Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve employee grievances effectively.
Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits packages.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote a positive work culture within the organization.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports, including headcount, turnover, and payroll costs.
Payroll Management:
Administer and process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
Maintain payroll records and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure proper fund allocation for payroll.
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software, Payroll Software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
