Ensure that forged products meet dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material specifications. Monitor in-process and final product quality, working closely with the production team to address issues proactively. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and certificates of compliance. Create and maintain control plans, PFMEAs, and other quality-related documentation. Generate daily and monthly quality reports to track defects, rejections, and corrective actions.
