Description: Lead and manage the Fleet Monitoring and Commercial team.
Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members to enhance performance.
Monitor team performance with MIS on regular basis.
Daily monitoring of Fleet performance, utilization of vehicles, Used and Defleeting of vehicles
Daily clearance of traffic dines for Fleet traffic fines, credit and debit notes
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
