Sheet metal is a thin metal which is formed into flat pieces. It can be formed into several shapes using fabrication process. Sheet metal measurement would be 30 gauge to 8 gauge which can be measured in iron based metal. These are mainly used in for the objects such as “Airplane wings”, “Duct work”, “medical tables”,”tubing”,”steel sheets”, “car bodies” etc. .Ducts will be used in HVAC (Heat Ventilation Air conditioning) to deliver the air and to remove the air. This system is called as Duct work. Pre insulated duct and pre insulated non metallic duct, Flexible duct, fabric duct are the important process in fabrication. Fabrication is nothing but a sheet metal which should be molded and shaped into a particular shape.
Light Amplification Stimulated Emission of Radiation (Laser) is typically used to cut the sheet metal. In this, Light is produced with the stimulated emission. It is familiarly used in industrial applications which may blown, burns or melts.

It produces infra red beam light with a specific wavelength band. It’s also used for welding. It emits huge amount of kilowatts. ND is used in high energy pulses and low energy speed applications. ND YAG is used in very high energy pulses, Trimming and engraving applications. It is a clinical application which is used for tattoo and for hair removal.
