Job Description of Sales Executives & Desired Candidate ProfileAs a Sales Representative the candidate has to deliver the followingresponsibilities:1. Visiting customers (both existing & new)2. Displaying samples of the product to customers (both existing & new)3. Generating maximum orders4. Collection of over dues from existing customers5. Following the route plan as prepared by the Sales Manager6. Achievement of Monthly Sales & Collection targets7. Responsible for Brand visibility of the company and taking measures asapproved by the Sales Manager for increasing the same.8. Building good rapport with customers.9. Providing after sales support to customers which includes:-a. Ensuring proper billingb. Handling Goods Returnc. Timely Reconciliation of accounts both the company and customer.d. Explaining promotional schemes if any announced time to timee. Resolving disputes if anyf. Attending retail customers (secondary sales), thus increasingrevenue of the customer through market penetration10. Adding new customers to increase turnover of the area covered.11. Preparation of DSR’s on a daily basis and forwarding the same to therespective managers.12. Reporting to the respective managers in the prescribed format revisedtime to time as per need of the management.13. Training new recruits regarding business operations.Desired Candidate Profile1. This position is open only for MALE candidates.2. Qualification – Minimum 10+23. Communication – Conversant in the Local language, Hindi & English bothverbal & written.4. Must be willing to travel regularly (22 – 25 days in a month)5. Must be willing to carry samples & catalogues (8 – 10 kgs)6. Must have a background of product sales accumulating up to a minimumof 1 year.7. Must be presentable, hard working, dependable & honest.
