Reports to CEO.   JOB DESCRIPTION :-   Lead the team to handle the following five verticals :-   1.         Brand Building and Marketing Initiatives a.         Design brand building strategies in line with defined brand positioning statements. b.         Design and implementation of brand building events as per approved budgets c.         Coordinate with marketing team to support brand building initiatives of the brand owners.   2.         Internet Driven Retail Promotion a.         Substantial initiative on Creating Brand visibility through hard core retail promotion using networking sites leading to generation of measurable sales leads b.         Design initiatives to ensure brand visibility and recall c.         Coordinate with IT team to ensure website maintenance and upkeep d.         Ensure conversion of leads in coordination with the sales team e.         Generate targeted revenue through internet sales   3.         Loyalty Programs a.         Design and deploy loyalty programs to achieve and sustain customer retention and repeat sales. b.         Support and anchor existing loyalty programs in terms of implementation, budgets, tracking of progress and review for course correction. c.         Identify suitable partners as per the brand positioning for co-branding initiatives within the loyalty program ambit and arrange for suitable tie-ups. d.         Coordinate with brands through Merchandizing for implementing brand specific/ brand focused sponsored incentives for loyalty program members. e.         Generation of MIS and analytics through database mining of customer databases.   4.         Public Relations & Media a.         Design and deploy strategies for brand building through PR & Media to achieve targeted customer acquisition. b.         Coordinate with media partners for press releases, events, press conferences as well as any other special initiatives. c.         Support brands being retailed by      in the activities being done by their brand ambassadors. d.         Suggestive but not Indicative coordination with advertising agencies for release of advertisements if any in media as well as preparing budgets for the same.   5.         MIS and team management a.         Design a robust MIS system to analyze existing as well as real time data for market analysis. b.         Track effectiveness of marketing initiatives through feedback data and assess performance against pre-determined measures and benchmarks. c.         Prepare and circulate market intelligence reports covering      as well as domestic market trends. d.         Take administrative control of the team and act as a guide and coach e.         Prepare annual budgets for marketing as well as track compliance.     Qualification (Essential) :  Post Graduate in (Marketing)   Qualification  (Desirable) :  Certificate programs in Media, Mass communication or Retail Management   Experience:   10 – 15 years.   Specific Experience:   7 years of experience in marketing or brand management for luxury/niche brands   Candidate Profile:         Ø  Should have designed and deployed marketing communication tools. Ø  Proven track record of brand management . Ø  Should have handled media planning. Ø  Should have handled luxury or premium brands with an international flavor.
