The flagship FH-POISE™ platform grades 9+ conditions in a single pass, including diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, AMD, cataract, ROP and dry eye parameters, with Grad-CAM explainability, device-agnostic image support, and both edge deployment on 3nethra devices and cloud API modes. Developed as Software as a Medical Device aligned with CDSCO, CE MDR and ABDM requirements, its models have been field-deployed across 65+ countries with 500K+ screenings completed. The division also partners with healthcare organisations, medtech companies and researchers on custom AI development, clinical validation, device integration and regulatory support.
