Based on the Government of Rajasthan NEET PG Admission/Counselling Board 2025 Instruction Booklet for academic session 2025-26. Rajasthan NEET PG counselling covers admission to State Medical PG seats (MD/MS), Post-MBBS DNB and Post-MBBS Diploma courses. It provides four online counselling rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and Stray Vacancy Round. Important: Candidates should verify current schedules, fees, seat matrices and notices on the official Rajasthan NEET PG counselling portal before making admission decisions. 1. General Academic Eligibility For MD/MS A candidate seeking MD/MS admission in Rajasthan must satisfy the following requirements: Possess an MBBS qualification recognized by MCI/NMC. Complete one year of compulsory rotatory internship by 31 July 2025. No condonation of the internship requirement is accepted. Possess provisional or permanent registration with MCI/NMC, Rajasthan Medical Council or another State Medical Council. A candidate registered with another State Medical Council must submit Rajasthan Medical Council registration within one month of joining the allotted college. Qualify NEET PG 2025 at the prescribed minimum percentile. General/UR: 50th percentile. Natural-born SC/ST/OBC/MBC: 40th percentile. Locomotor-disabled UR: 45th percentile. In-service candidates must achieve the required NEET-PG percentile before addition of bonus marks. 2. State Eligibility For Rajasthan MD/MS Seats 50% Seats In Government Medical Colleges Eligible candidates include: NEET-PG-qualified candidates who obtained their MBBS degree from a medical college situated in Rajasthan. Medical Officers or Medical Teachers serving under the Government of Rajasthan. An additional preference applies to 25% of these seats for candidates holding an MBBS degree awarded by the University of Rajasthan or Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS). The Rajasthan state-eligibility requirement applies through Round 3.
