He was postgraduate from university of Calcutta and a renouned speaker at Akashwani ,Varanasi .The establishment of this school was under the society Sushila Singh Shiksha Sansthan. The objectives of the society were : To establish educational institution for providing education in different branches of learning without any distinction of colour, caste, community, religion, race and creed. To give scholarship to the poor and meritorious students of the school.
