Position: HR Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and performance management. Manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns. Coordinate payroll, statutory compliance, and HR documentation. Conduct interviews and support manpower planning. Organize employee training and development programs. Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations. Support management in HR strategy and decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in HR management. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
