We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Female Sales Executive to promote company products/services, generate new leads, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, and other sales activities. Contact potential customers and explain products/services clearly. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions. Negotiate with customers and close sales deals. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Prepare regular sales reports and update the CRM/database. Monitor competitor activities and identify new sales opportunities. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications Any Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and negotiation abilities. Customer-oriented and positive attitude. Target-driven and self-motivated. Basic computer and MS Office knowledge. CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
