We are looking for a responsible and organized Floor Supervisor to supervise daily floor operations, manage employees, monitor productivity, ensure quality standards, and maintain smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Floor Operations Supervise day-to-day activities on the assigned floor. Ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Allocate tasks to employees according to business requirements. Monitor employee productivity and attendance. Ensure daily operational targets are achieved. Team Management Lead, guide, and motivate team members. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback. Train new employees on company procedures. Required Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a relevant field. 1–4 years of experience in supervision, operations, customer service, BPO, retail, manufacturing, or a related field.
