We are looking for a skilled and analytical Functional Consultant to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions. The candidate will work closely with clients, business teams, and technical teams to analyze processes, configure systems, and ensure successful implementation of business solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders. Understand existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Translate business requirements into functional specifications. Work closely with technical teams to develop and implement solutions. Configure applications and systems based on business requirements. Prepare functional requirement documents, process flows, and user stories. Conduct functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Identify, analyze, and resolve functional issues. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout implementation projects. Provide training and support to end users. Prepare user manuals and other functional documentation. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects. Ensure solutions meet business objectives and functional requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to create functional specifications and documentation. Experience with ERP/CRM or other business applications is an advantage. Basic understanding of software development and testing processes. Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams. Preferred Skills Knowledge of ERP, CRM, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of SQL or data analysis is an advantage. Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
