Job Title: Supervisor Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities. Manage and guide employees to ensure smooth workflow. Assign tasks and monitor employee performance. Prepare daily/weekly performance and operational reports. Requirements: Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma. 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred. Good leadership and communication skills. Strong team management and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities. Responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented.
