Key Responsibilities Team Management Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team objectives. Operations Management Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and workflow management. Monitor productivity, quality, and service standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in team management, operations, customer service, sales, or a related role. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
