We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Record Analyst to review, analyze, organize, and maintain patient medical records while ensuring accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities Medical Record Management Review and analyze patient medical records for completeness and accuracy. Organize, update, and maintain electronic and physical medical records. Verify patient demographics, diagnoses, treatments, and clinical documentation. Ensure proper indexing and filing of medical records. Documentation Review Audit medical records to identify missing or incomplete documentation. Coordinate with physicians and healthcare staff to obtain required information. Ensure documentation complies with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Maintain accurate documentation for patient care and billing purposes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medical Records Management, Pharmacy, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in medical records, healthcare documentation, medical coding, or healthcare administration. Freshers with knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation may also apply.
