Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends. Present company products and services to potential customers. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve business targets. Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
