We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material handling, and stock accuracy. The ideal candidate will ensure timely receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials while maintaining proper inventory levels and compliance with company procedures. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and physical registers. Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions. Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment. Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials. Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) practices where applicable. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports. Handle material returns, damaged goods, and discrepancies. Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety standards within the store.
