Hi-Tech Automotive Skills Development Academy was started in 1970. Jaswant Singh was the head of the institute. He got training from KT Service Station of Sector 17 in Chandigarh. In 1994 Avtar Singh Son of S. Jaswantsingh also joined his father he started various mechanical training programs and courses.
