MSME Samadhaan is a government initiative for resolving delayed payment disputes of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). It allows MSMEs to file complaints against buyers who delay payments beyond 45 days, promoting timely settlements through legal avenues, thus protecting the financial health of small businesses.
