North Indian cuisine, primarily Kashmiri cuisine, has strong Central Asian influence. In Kashmir, almost all dishes are prepared based on rice, which grows in abundance in the beautiful valley. Another delicious food prepared here is “Sak” which is made from a green leafy vegetable called “Hak”.
