The wet ball mill is widely used to grind various ores and other materials in mining, building materials, chemical industries, etc.It can be divided into dry type and wet type according to the milling method;grid type and overflow type or center-discharge and side-discharge type according to the ways of discharge; bearing-mill and bearing pad mill according to the different methods of supporting; rim drive and center drive according to the different ways of transmission.
Working process of wet ball mill：T he motor drives the cylinder rotate through deceleration device. When rotating in the cylinder, influenced by friction and centrifugal force, the crushed ores and steel balls are elevated to a certain height by lining board, and fall down because of gravity. Ores are gradually crushed under the influence of impact and grinding. Crushed ores are discharged out of the cylinder. Qualified products go through the spiral classifier while coarse sand was sent back to the ball mill by the joint feeder. Through material hollow shaft spiral the material is sent to the first mill chamber, in which there are ladder liner or corrugated linings, with steel balls of different specifications in it. When cylinder rotating, centrifugal force will produce steel ball fall down from a certain height, thus impacting and grinding the materials. After coarse grinding in the first chamber, materials enter into the second chamber through a single diaphragm. In this warehouse with flat lining board and steel balls in it, materials are further grinded.
Slow rotation is convenient for overhaul and start; the oil sprayer lubrication device can make big and small gears reliable. The main motor of large mill is high pressure asynchronous motor or synchronous motor, which should be notified in the orders. Wet ball mill are mainly export to North Korea,South Korea, Japan and so on.Not only selling well in Spain, Portugal, Andorra, but also popular in Niger, Canary Islands etc.
