Manufacturing Process of Plastic Injection
The manufacturing process of injection molding is very simple and involves a series of channels where different works are performed. The only point of difference between plastic insert molding and metal is the raw material. In this process, the molten plastic is inserted into various molds as per order. A high pressure is applied on these molds until the time when molded plastic start cooling. At this point of time, some time is consumed because the mold slowly cools down by radiating the heat of molten plastic inside it. As soon as the molds cools down the product is taken out of it. Further, the insert mold is passes through several finishing works to make it according to the order placed.
