The Concept

•         Reusing the Printer Consumables (toner cartridges, ink cartridges & ribbon cartridges)

Advantages

•        Saves the Environment – The empty cartridges which are generally disposed off create environment hazard as they are not biodegradable.

•        Saves Space – The empty cartridges if not disposed put pressure on precious office space.

•        Saves Money – Reusing the empty cartridge saves cost by about 60% ~ 75% when compared to buying a new one.

The Process

•        Recycling existing cartridges by completely changing worn-out parts like OPC drum, magnetic roller, primary charge roller and wiper blades then filling new imported toner specially manufactured to suit Indian climatic conditions.

•        Our Specially trained technicians undertake the process of dismantling → cleaning → changing worn-out parts →overhauling all major components →refilling new toner → packing →and testing for performance in an absolutely dust free laboratory which is well equipped with modern tools.

The Performance

•        It functions like a new cartridge.

• The cartridges can be reused 4 – 5 times, in ideal conditions.
